Ingredients

  • 6 cups broth

  • 1 cup macaroni

  • 2-3 cups mixed vegetables

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas

  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast

  • 2 tsp garlic powder

  • 3 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp parsley

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 1/2 tsp thyme

  • 1 bay leaf

  • pinch salt

  • pinch pepper

Directions

  • Open and drain the can of chickpeas, then rinse well.
  • Add all ingredients into the Instant Pot and stir.
  • Cook on High pressure for 4 minutes.
  • Natural release for 5 minutes, then quick release the rest of the steam.
  • Stir and serve.
