6 cups broth
1 cup macaroni
2-3 cups mixed vegetables
1 can (15 oz) chickpeas
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
2 tsp garlic powder
3 tsp onion powder
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp thyme
1 bay leaf
pinch salt
pinch pepper
Directions
- Open and drain the can of chickpeas, then rinse well.
- Add all ingredients into the Instant Pot and stir.
- Cook on High pressure for 4 minutes.
- Natural release for 5 minutes, then quick release the rest of the steam.
- Stir and serve.
